The Insurance company didn't recommend you, Can you fix my car?
The short answer is yes! We work with most Major insurance companies.
Our Staff will work directly with you and your insurance to negotiate the best repairs for your vehicle.
Why did my insurance only recommend another shop?
Major insurance companies have DRP (Direct repair program) shops that partner with specific insurance companies. DRP shops get preference over other shops because of contracts.
We only have just a few DRP partners that we feel fit with our companies goals.
Sierra Collision will work with you and your insurance company to provide the best quality repair possible at the expense of the insurance company.
My Insurance won't guarantee non network repairs
Insurance comapnies only guarantee repairs done with their DRP (Direct Repair Program) shops. However most of the time your insurance will rely on that specific shop to provide the actual warranty. Some insurance companies use that to steer customers from their shop of choice.
Sierra Collision’s goal is to be your shop of choice and we guarantee our repairs with a written lifetime warranty on workmanship
Do we offer a lifetime warranty
We offer a written 5 part limited lifetime warranty on Body and Paint repairs.
Do you take payments
At this time we do not offer any type of financing. All repairs must be paid in full.
We take Credit, Debit, Cash, and insurance checks.
My Insurance already wrote an estimate. What are my options.
Many insurance companies are moving to virtual inspections based off your submitted photos. These estimates are purposely written for the absolute best case.
Once that estimate is completed by the insurance company , they expect you shop of choice to supplement any additional damages and required parts.
Sierra collision can take that estimate (no matter how bad) and supplement the insurance company for anything additional required to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
How long will repairs take?
Due to the complexity of modern cars it changes drastically depending on damages.
Once a member of our staff completes an initial estimate prior to repair drop off we can give you an estimated time frame. Keep in mind once disassembly is completed additional damages, parts and necessary operations could be found changing your estimated time.
ADAS Calibrations (Advanced driver assist systems) and parts are the largest delay to repairs.
Do I need estimates for multiple shops?
The age old “get 3 estimates” is long past.
Insurance companies are obligated to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition regardless of cost. Estimates within market rates and industry standard practices are accepted by any insurance company.
Our advise is choose a shop your feel comfortable working with. If that requires multiple estimates to find your shop that aligned with your needs, make that call for yourself. Your always have the right to choose any licensed body shop to repair your vehicle.
Our hope is that we earn you business!
